Who we are
Culprit Coast Clothing Co. (“Culprit Coast”) is an independent apparel brand operated as a sole proprietorship in Southern Ontario, Canada. Questions about these terms or an order: culpritweather@gmail.com.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- We work to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Some items, including the Drifter Beanie, are handmade — small variations are part of the item, not a defect.
- If a price or product detail is listed incorrectly, we may correct it, cancel affected orders, and refund any amount paid.
Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
- Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (WooPayments/Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud) and will refund any amount paid for a cancelled order.
Shipping
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
If an item can’t be shipped as expected, we’ll contact you at the email on your order.
Returns and refunds
Our refund policy is published on our Refund Policy page and forms part of these terms: items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the item price; shipping charges are excluded and are not refunded. To start a return, email culpritweather@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
The Culprit Coast name, logo, designs, and site content belong to Culprit Coast Clothing Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Culprit Coast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
